What we deliver

We act as principal contractor or client-side project manager. Specialist manufacturers and installers do the fabrication and fitting, and we take responsibility for programme, safety, quality and handover.

Outdoor spaces

Play and recreation areas

Refurbishment projects delivered with specialist play partners, with equipment and surfacing to recognised safety standards.

Homes

Kitchens, bathrooms, interiors and whole-home refurbishments, with every trade planned, coordinated and managed for you.

Commercial

Refurbishment and fit-out

Hospitality, office and retail refurbishments: plans, contractors, suppliers and stakeholders managed on one programme.

02 · How we work

From site survey to handover

Every project runs through the same six stages, so you always know what happens next and who is responsible.

  1. Survey and verify

We visit each site with our installers to confirm footprints, levels, services, access and fixing surfaces before we price.

  2. Itemised quotation

Priced per location, with supply, installation, groundworks and removals shown separately. Options and exclusions are stated clearly.

  3. Plan the works

Construction phase plan, risk assessments and method statements, and a programme agreed with you and each site.

  4. Deliver safely

Segregated work areas, controlled deliveries and timings that fit around school days and public use.

  5. Hand over

Clean, usable sites with product information, maintenance guidance and written confirmation of completion.

  6. Aftercare

A single point of contact for warranty and defects, so you never have to chase a subcontractor yourself.

03 · Compliance

Safe sites, clear paperwork

From schools and public spaces to working hotels and family homes, every site has people around it. These are the standards we work to on every project.

Regulations
Principal contractor duties under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015
Site safety
Site-specific risk assessments and method statements, issued before work starts
Safeguarding
Our project lead is a PVG scheme member. Operatives on school sites are PVG-checked or supervised at all times.
Subcontractors
Vetted for insurance, competence and accreditation before they are appointed
